Privacy notice
This notice explains the limited information used when you submit a public website to the AiTrace pre-check.
The scanner stores the public website address submitted, the generated check result, technical findings, summary, timestamps and a share identifier. Server security and access logs may also contain an IP address and browser or request information. If analytics is enabled, the analytics provider may process ordinary usage information.
The information is used to perform and share the requested pre-check, secure the service, prevent misuse and improve reliability. Processing is based on taking steps at the user’s request and Aitrace OÜ’s legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.
A generated report has a hard-to-guess sharing link. Anyone who receives that link may open the report. Do not submit private, password-protected or confidential addresses.
Results and technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Hosting, database and analytics providers may process information for Aitrace OÜ under their service terms.
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to processing, or contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Contact info@aitrace.ee.
